  is a workout that challenges all of your major muscle groups using light to heavy dumbbells, bars, bands, body weight exercises and more. This class is different all the times so your body gets strong and sculpted.

Tabata & Abs

  is a high-intensity interval training workout featuring exercises in 4 minute cycles. Exercises are performed for 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest for 4 minutes, then on to the next cycle. Class finishes up with a great abdominal workout.
